In the heart of Toulon’s Sainte Musse district, Bernard Lemaître’s first brasserie is an extension of the new Rugby Club de Toulon (RCT) campus, one of Europe’s largest sports training centers. A true gathering place for the sporting community, the 600m2 restaurant is designed to bring together players, managers, supporters and partners. The interior design is an audacious mix of references, creating a warm brasserie that reflects the club’s identity while adding Mediterranean touches. Wide leather banquettes blend with woven furniture; deep red carpeting meets waxed concrete and lime plaster. A generous leather bar meets David Roma’s delicate frescoes, which tell the story of a match through game attitudes. They punctuate both the ceilings and walls of the restaurant.
